Who we are

Behavior Celeration (behaviorceleration.click and app.behaviorceleration.click) is an exam-prep study app for BCBA, BCaBA, and RBT candidates, operated by Eco Drop Car Wash LLC. Questions about this policy or your data: hello@behaviorceleration.click.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

What we collect and why

• Account: your email address and the certification you study for. We use your email to send sign-in links (we do not use passwords), purchase receipts, and messages about your access.
• Purchases: the plan you bought, the amount, and the Stripe payment reference. Card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout page and never reach our servers.
• Study progress: your card review history, prompt levels, answers you typed, response times, and SAFMEDS sprint results. This is saved in your browser and synced to our server under your account so it follows you to other devices.
• Second Chance discount requests: your email, certification, number of previous failed attempts, test month and year, any notes you add, and your integrity statement. We also store a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address to limit repeat claims; we cannot turn it back into your IP address.
• Display preference: the color theme you pick is stored in your browser.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or tracking pixels. The app stores your sign-in session, basic account details, and preferences in your browser’s local storage so you stay signed in. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page to process payments and prevent fraud.

Who else handles your data

• Stripe, for payments.
• Hostinger, which hosts our website, database, and email.
• Google Fonts, which serves the fonts on our pages; your browser requests fonts from Google, which sees your IP address.

We share data with others only when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and study progress while your access is active. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Sign-in links expire shortly after they are sent. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your choices and rights

Email hello@behaviorceleration.click to get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it. Deleting your account removes your study progress and access; we may keep payment records we are legally required to keep. You can clear the data saved in your browser at any time through your browser settings.

Security

Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Server credentials are kept outside the public website folder, and payment card data is handled only by Stripe. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you.

Children

Behavior Celeration is built for adults preparing for professional certification exams and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date above.
